Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made through this website. By booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted them.

Booking and price

  • The price shown before booking is the total price of the stay in euros for the selected dates and number of guests, taxes included.
  • Online bookings are accepted at least 1 day in advance.
  • The booking is confirmed when the guest receives the confirmation email with their booking code.

Payment

  • A 50% deposit of the total amount is paid when the booking is confirmed, by bank transfer or by card through Banco Sabadell’s secure payment gateway when offered during the booking process.
  • The balance is paid as indicated in the booking confirmation.
  • Card payments are made in the bank’s secure environment with cardholder authentication (3D Secure). The establishment does not receive or store card details.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: the deposit is not refunded, but we offer to move the booking to other dates subject to availability.
  • Not showing up on the arrival date without notice counts as a cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice.
  • If the establishment has to cancel the booking for its own reasons, 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method (to the same card, or to the account the transfer came from) within 14 days of the cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

As this is an accommodation service for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Cancellations are governed by the policy above.

Your stay

  • Check-in from 17:00 to 19:00 and check-out until 11:00.
  • The number of guests may not exceed the capacity of each property.
  • Guests must provide the traveller registration details required by law on arrival.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring any dispute before the courts of their place of residence, without prejudice to other out-of-court resolution channels.
